Questions asked on the candidate survey
The following is a listing of the questions being asked on the candidate survey currently.Keep in mind that these are very basic questions, and not comprehensive in any fashion.
By filling out the survey, you are simply giving me a starting point about your campaign. Your answers will help guide me if I want to follow up with you more, and the more detail you can share now about these questions, the more likely I'll end up including you in the book.
